Tucked into a pocket of pines, willows and crystal clear streams, our cabins take you gently by the hand into another time when softness and simplicity were just a way of life. The vision expands across our road as Amish buggies and farmers’ wagons find their way to the grain mill, beyond the breathtaking hills of the Driftless Region of Wisconsin, and even past the winding rivers of our beautiful valley; it guides you onto a new path inspiring you to allow serenity to journey home with you as a lifelong friend.

Gentle View Village cabins are open from May 15^th through October 15^th.

Our Amish-built, “Blue Heron” cabin is tucked into a quiet pocket of lush pines with a bubbling crystal clear stream weaving right behind. It is simply furnished to reflect the peaceful surroundings of 150 acres that are yours to explore. Enjoy freedom from electronic noise and demands as you hike our limestone hills, or ride your bike past our Amish neighbors. The Blue Heron has its private clean outhouse and campfire circle. Rent it for $80 a night.
